Worried about losing real comments?
KillSpam never removes anything on its own.
Dry run is on by default: the first pass only writes a log, so you can see exactly what would happen. The reversible action (hold for review on YouTube, hide on Instagram) is the default, and the permanent one needs a separate consent. A comment you mark as excluded stays excluded in later scans.

Frequently asked questions
Which platforms are supported?
YouTube and Instagram. You connect with the platform's own sign-in, and KillSpam uses only the official API.
Will it delete comments automatically?
No. KillSpam shows you the flagged comments first. Changes happen only for the comments you select, after you give consent and click Apply.
Can I undo an action?
Held (YouTube) and hidden (Instagram) comments can be restored in YouTube Studio or the Instagram app. Rejected and deleted comments cannot be restored.
What about comments that are already on my posts?
A scan loads all existing comments and replies on your posts, so you can clean up the backlog first.
Is it safe to connect my account?
KillSpam requests only the permission needed to read and moderate comments. Tokens are encrypted, data is kept for at most 30 days, and you can disconnect and delete everything at any time.
